1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | ||||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | ||||
1 | egg | |||||
1/2 | cup | toasted pecans | ||||
1 | cup | chocolate chips |
1. Cream shortening with sugars
2. Beat in egg and vanilla
3. Sift together dry ingredients to blend
4. Stir dry ingredients into shortening-sugar-egg mixture
5. Stir in chips and pecans
6. Bake in medium oven 9-12 minutes.
