Lime ice cream

2   cups   heavy cream  
1   cup   sugar  
2   tsp   lime zest  
1/3   cup   lime juice  
    fresh fruit  

In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime zest and juice. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Pour into freezer-safe metal or plastic container. Cover with foil and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Scoop or spoon into individual serving bowls along with sliced fruit, such as mango, blueberries, kiwi or strawberries. --- From: "Cooking for Dummies" by Bryan Miller and Marie Rama
