2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds raw shrimp, shelled and de-veined
8 ounces tomato sauce
½ cup clam broth
1 teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Sauté onion until golden, add garlic and
sauté 1 minute.
Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes, remove from pan and place in a baking
In skillet, heat remainder of oil, add tomato sauce, clam broth, oregano,
and basil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over shrimp and add shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Top with
Parmesan and broil until bubbly.
